Can I buy an Auction Property with a Mortgage?

If you are buying via our online auction, you can buy with a mortgage as you have 56 days to complete the sale. As long as you have enough funds to pay any reservation fees or auction deposits.

Our monthly events, most lots have completion deadline of 28 days. Most buyers are either cash or use a bridging loan to complete in 28 days.

You will need to pay a reservation fee/deposit. Some cases you will need to pay both. Each auction can be different, so carefully read the auction pack with the terms and conditions. As reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable.

Monthly Room Event.

You will have paid your reservation fee/deposit on the fall of the hammer. 28 days later you complete the sale.

Online Modern Auction

You will have paid your reservation fee when auction ends. 56 days later you complete the sale.
